To ensure a flawless execution of your editorial vision, we recommend reaching out 12 to 18 months in advance. This allow us to properly architect your vendor narrative and logistical framework from the earliest stages. However you can reach out anytime we will be happy to assist.
What is the distinction between coordination and full planning?
Our coordination service focuses on refined execution and day-of choreography, whereas full planning is an artisanal journey where we manage every facet—from budget strategy and aesthetic curation to final toast.
Do you provide services for destination weddings?
Ivory May Events loves to travel and is happy to travel throughout NSW, Australia and world wide (fees apply) . We specialise in bringing our signature minimalist elegance to diverse landscapes, ensuring logistical perfection regardless of the terrain.
How do you handle budget Strategy and vendor selection?
We utilise precision tracking and a network of vendors to ensure every investment contributes to the editorial quality of your day. Our focus is on sourcing high-contrast details that define the Ivory May Events aesthetic.
